Preceded in death by parents, son Scott, and brother Ricky Allen. Survived by son Sam of Johnstown; significant other Bonnie Dowdell of Johnstown; siblings, Danny married to Michelle (Martin) of Johnstown, Diane married to Chuck Bartlett of SC; Charles married to Cindy (Yursha) of OR, and Debbie married to Brian Larrimer of LA.
